Currently, table tennis blades are classified into three main categories:

Allround Blades (ALL)
Table tennis blades (ALL) are possibly the most common on the market. They propose a moderate speed in the attack and a very high control in the defensive blows. They are usually 100% wood. They tend to be light, soft and flexible. Its weight is around 70 to 80 grams.
Allround Blades (ALL-)
Table tennis blades (ALL-) are very slow blades that offer very high control over shots. According to their properties, they are usually used by beginners. They are usually made of wood. They tend to be light, soft and flexible. Its weight is around 70 to 80 grams.
Defensive Blades (DEF)
Blades designed for players with a control-based style of play. They are usually slow, light blades with excellent flexibility. In this type of blades, the ball usually has a very high contact time, which is why they are ideal for playing defense with a high dose of spin. They are normally made in 3 and 5 layers, 100% wood with a soft and flexible heart.
